Mike Sexton Featured Spokesman for NLOP

The National League of Poker (NLOP) has announced that Mike Sexton, the world-famous poker advocate and professional player, has signed an exclusive contract to be the featured spokesman of the company’s industry leading web site.
NLOP is the leading poker-centric social gaming site for free, US-legal, online poker play. In 2007, NLOP, a division of Power Play Development, awarded over $350,000 in cash and prizes to winners on its game network.
In the newly created role of on-site spokesman, Sexton will have broad, hands-on involvement with the site, including playing online with members, consulting on tournaments, taking part in the new community area and representing NLOP in the offline poker community. “We will be integrating Mike into the NLOP site over the next few months as we bring all the new software features of our new platform on-stream,” continued Clebnik.
The Company recently launched an upgraded version of the NLOP.com web site which is exceeding expectations. Over 1,000 players per day have downloaded the new upgraded version of the software since its release.
Mike Sexton is considered to be the ‘Ambassador of Poker’ for his contributions to the poker industry. He has been a professional poker player for over 25 years, is in the top ten all-time for number of times in the money at the WSOP, has accumulated over $3,200,000 in tournament winnings, highlighted by his win of $1M in the 2006 WSOP Tournament of Champions. Mike gained celebrity status as the host/commentator on the World Poker Tour (now seen on GSN on Monday nights). He resides in Las Vegas with his wife Karen, three dogs, and a boy ‘on the way’.
